The past twenty or so beads [70] – [97] might demonstrate that the incumbents are having a problem with team play.

We conjecture that a specific type of groupthink, present in other parts of the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, has methodologically excluded specific science grounded viewpoints from engaging in national defense.

OntologyStream Inc has received $3,000 and a promise from a venture capital group to evaluate the value propositions that can be defined based the rapid integration of ReadWare substructural ontology with the Ontology referential base encoding developed by OntologyStream Inc.

The following beads will be developed in the next two weeks:

1) Orb notation will be presented in a seminar at George Mason University. The first of these seminars will be posted into the BCNGroup bead games.

2) We seek angel investment and expect a decision by September 15^th, 2004.

3) We also seek a special project to be funded by one of the intelligence agencies.
