The value proposition is that some investment in OntologyStream could lead to a 25% - 50% increase in the funding to IDHS.
The not for profit BCNGroup Inc and the start-up Ontologystream Inc (both registered in Virginia) may be able to show the way forward, both politically and based on scientific consensus.
