Neil,
The development of an understanding about the BCNGroup history and charter is intellectual and creative work that could facilitate the ignition of a BCNGroup movement worldwide. The Founding Committee has thought about the intellectual and creative work as if a franchise agreement were being developed.
The scientific principles argued in the current BCNGroup digital Glass Bead Game (d-GBG) and in the book “Foundation of the Knowledge Sciences” are one set of core values that can be extended by community activity. The social/cultural principles argued in the BCNGroup Charter is a second set of core values that must be extended so as to reify the concept of distributed value for the International knowledge science community. The long-term objective is to create a private International Science Foundation that is owned in common by whose living scientists who has made contributions to the knowledge sciences. In reading the Charter, you will see that the Charter has a set of rules for acquiring patent property and using this property to generate wealth.
The greatest problem for the free development of the knowledge sciences is the fundamentalism that arose in the 20th century; scientific reductionism, non-Nash capitalism, and the religious fundamentalism. The problem is addressed in the Charter by using a stratified economic model whereby the purpose of the Science Committee is to rid the Foundation of all capitalized wealth each year. Please meditate on this stratified economic model until its absolute importance is remembered.
The Committee offers the following: We suggest that you develop a model that defines a Scotland National BCNGroup not for profit corporation where the corporation will come to co-own with the US and Canada National BCNGroup the terms as if these are trademarks.
As certain piece of Intellectual Property may develop where a membership can be developed for the purpose of extending the BCNGroup movement in Scotland, and then in other countries.
We know that if there is no owner of this IP, then the economic engine that we need as an organization will not be created.
The principle established between the US and Canada organizations is that the Office of Director of Membership will receive 50% of all membership revenues and will use this revenue to enhance the services provided to the members (world wide).
