2005 BCNGroup Report to the
Congress, in progress
The capitalization process is broken.
Anyone who is able to see how to fix this could find a just reward. Many innovations are not brought to the market because of an absence of reasonable capitalization processes. But the market would benefit from these innovations being available. So there is a high potential for economic reward if only a small but financially well endowed business men/woman were to seriously address the need to produce stock capitalization without the types of encumbrances that the lawyers and MBAs has colluded to be standard practice.
The first step is to find the means to pay those who need, and deserve, to be paid.
This is not brain science. It is a question of valuing the effort of an innovator as being roughly equal to the effort of a rich investor.
