So we say that yes... for the "pre-investment" stage the 25,000 shares is divided into five parts, only the three of us are identified. But perhaps there are two others that can be vetted between the three of us and then allowed to join the partnership.

Investment of $40,000 should receive 5,000 shares. A second investment of $40,000 or management / sells / vision will then receive the other 5,000 shares. Several people are in mind and are included in the bcc.

We each act as "lead" Chair and inform the others of decisions. If there is a decision that needs to be altered be this left to the group to talk about.

We three are BCNGroup communities’ bead players so we each understand the process.

We will be allowing a few others to see the discussion at times in order to invite them to participate. If all pre-approve, we may invite as temporal guest an investor to see the work we are doing in the secure Groove collaborative spaces.

This will happen quickly. We expect to develop the Limited Liability Partnership for first round investment.

Sixty days later, we will sell the entire company and step away from management / or design ... in accord with the LLP -> Inc model.
